The beginning...
Started playing seriously only three years ago, until then my passion was basketball. A friend introduced to me volleyball, saying I got the height and jump. I enrolled to the Bhilai Steel Plant Volleyball Academy in my home, worked very hard on my game and got better, thanks in main to my coaches.
2019
The turning point...
That would be enrolling to the Bhilai Steel Plant Volleyball Academy. The Academy has consistently produced quality players over the years. I got to play alongside and against some extremely good players, and that has helped me get better. I also came under the famous coach SP Singh at the Academy.
2019
Achievements...
I’ve only been playing seriously for the past three years. Representing Junior India in 2018 and Senior Nationals in 2018 will be the highpoint.
2019
Most memorable moment...
Representing Junior India in 2018. A dream come true and it also gave me the belief that I can go higher.
2019
On Pro Volleyball League...
It will provide that extra impetus to Indian volleyball. Players will get better, the sport’s fan base will grow and that, in turn, will inspire more youth to take up the sport.
